Speak with Arsine directly

Two ways to get in touch, and no wrong one. Call for the fastest answer, or send a request and Arsine will come back to you.

Request

Send a consultation request

It takes about a minute. This is a request for a conversation, not an insurance application, and it asks for nothing sensitive.

01Your information

Enter a phone number or email.

Licensed in Nevada and California.

02What would you like to discuss?
03Contact preferences

All optional. Consultations are virtual, so there is no travel to arrange and no in person option.

Preferred time (optional)
04Your message

Anything you would like Arsine to know before the call.

This form asks for no Social Security number, no medical information, no financial account details and no government identification.

The format

How a virtual consultation works

Every consultation is virtual. There is no travel to arrange, no office to visit, and no in person option.

What to expect during a virtual consultation

  1. 01

    You get in touch

By phone, or by sending the request below. Nothing sensitive is asked for at this stage.

  2. 02

    A time is agreed

Arsine confirms a time that works. Nevada and California are both on Pacific Time, so a household split across the two has no time zone to solve.

  3. 03

    You join from anywhere

Video or audio only, whichever you prefer. Two people in a household can join separately, which is often easier than finding a time you are both in the same room.

  4. 04

    You decide afterwards

Nothing is decided on the call. There is no cost and no obligation, and the questions that matter usually surface a few days later.

Where

Where Arsine works

Nevada and California. Because consultations are virtual, it makes no difference where in either state you are.

Questions

Frequently asked contact questions

What happens after I send the form?

Arsine reviews the request and gets back to you using the method you chose. Form delivery is not yet connected on this website, so until it is, the fastest way to reach her is by phone on 702-337-0057.

Is the form an insurance application?

No. It is a request for a conversation. It does not bind any coverage, it does not start any application, and it asks for no medical or financial account information.

Do I have to fill in everything?

No. First name, last name, your state, what you would like to discuss, and either a phone number or an email address are all that is required. Everything else is optional and exists to make the first conversation more useful.

Can I call instead of using the form?

Yes, and for many people it is the better option. Calls to 702-337-0057 are answered personally.

Are consultations available in person?

No. Consultations are virtual only. That is what makes it possible to work with residents anywhere in Nevada or California on the same terms.

How do I check that Arsine is licensed?

Licence numbers are published on every page of this website: Nevada 4238961 and California 4566385. Both can be verified independently with the relevant state department of insurance.

Privacy

Your information, and what happens to it

The form collects only what you enter: your name, a phone number or email address, your state, and optionally a ZIP code, a topic, contact preferences and a message. Nothing else.

It never asks for a Social Security number, medical information, health history, financial account details, card numbers or any government identification number. The form rejects any attempt to submit a field outside that list.

Information you send is used to respond to your request. It is not sold. California residents can ask what is held about them and request correction or deletion.
